1. How do I place an order?

  • Browse our products, select the item(s) you want, and click Add to Cart.

  • Proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, choose payment method, and complete your purchase.


2. What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select products and locations.


3. Can I cancel or modify my order?

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped by emailing shushk.com@gmail.com immediately.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may initiate a return (if eligible) after delivery.


4. How do I track my order?

  • After shipping, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Use it on the courier partner’s website or log in to your Shushk.com account to check order status.


5. What if my order is delayed?

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or holidays.

  • If your order is late beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at shushk.com@gmail.com.


6. What is your return and refund policy?

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for digital goods, beauty & cosmetics, or undergarments.

  • For other products, send clear photos of damaged/defective items to damage@shushk.com within 7 days of delivery for inspection and approval.

7. Do you offer product exchanges?

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • You may return an eligible product (if approved) and place a new order separately.


8. Are my personal and payment details secure?

  • Yes. We use secure, encrypted payment gateways and adhere to strict data protection policies.

10. Can I get invoices or receipts for my orders?

  • Yes, invoices are emailed to you after order confirmation.

  • You can also download invoices from your Shushk.com account dashboard.
