At Shushk.com, we aim to offer quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to help — subject to the following policy:

1. No Returns or Refunds on Specific Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following categories:

  • Beauty & Cosmetic Products (including opened/unopened skincare, makeup, etc.)

  • Undergarments & Personal Hygiene Items

These items are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, and licensing concerns.

2. Return Eligibility (Other Products)

For all other eligible physical products, a return or refund may be considered if:

  • The product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • We offer 7 days return policy

  • You provide clear images of the issue by email to damage@shushk.com for inspection and verification.

Only after review and approval by our quality team will a return or refund be processed.

3. Return Process

Step 1: Send Proof

Email the following to damage@shushk.com:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear images of the product and damage

  • A brief description of the issue

Step 2: Await Approval

Our team will review your claim within 48 hours and confirm if the item qualifies for a return or refund.

Step 3: Product Pickup / Return

  • If approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to self-ship.

  • Items must be in unused condition with original packaging and tags.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed under the following terms:

  • Only for approved cases after inspection

  • Credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you must provide bank account details

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer automatic product exchanges. If you need a different product or size, you may return the item (if eligible and approved) and place a new order separately. Exchanges will be delivered in 7-10 business days if applicable.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment by emailing shushk.com@gmail.com.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may initiate a return (if applicable) after delivery.

7. Important Notes

  • Return requests without image verification via damage@shushk.com will not be accepted.

  • Products returned without approval will be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense.

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of approval.
