We currently ship products within India only. We hope to expand internationally soon. Please check back for updates.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing may take longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

  • We use trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, FedEx, Blue Dart, India Post, and others.

  • Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.) 2-4 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities 4-7 business days
Remote Areas 7-10 business days

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, size, and delivery location.

  • Some promotional offers may include free shipping – check product or cart page for eligibility.

  • Shipping charges are displayed before you complete your order.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Use the tracking number on the courier’s website or track orders directly via your Shushk.com account.

6. Delivery Issues

If you experience any of the following, please contact us promptly at shushk.com@gmail.com:

  • Your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe.

  • The shipment arrived damaged or with missing items.

  • You need to update your delivery address after placing an order.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2-3 times.

  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, please contact us to reschedule delivery or arrange return/refund.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations restricted by courier partners.

  • Certain products (e.g., hazardous materials) may have special shipping restrictions in compliance with law.
